The return policy is for 14 days from date of receiving the item. The item must be unused and in the condition in which it was received to be eligible for a return. Items that are not in the original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts will not be eligible for a return. A receipt and proof of purchase are required to return an item.
Once the return is received, an email will be sent to notify whether the returned item will be approved or rejected for a refund. If the return is approved the refund will be processed and the funds returned.
Due to the limited quantity of items sold, replacements for goods damaged during shipping will not be available. Please read the section above about how to request a refund and start a return.
